WWW Wednesday – 8th September 2021

Hey Everyone, I hope you are doing well! I can’t believe that we are already in the middle of the week! Welcome to my WWW Wednesday post for this week. WWW Wednesday’s is hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words, and all it involves is answering three simple easy questions that I always seem to overcomplicate:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller, but I am hoping to finish it soon as I only have 50 pages left of it. It is a reread for me, but I am still enjoying the story which is always a good thing. I like the potential romance between two of the characters and it’s good to be able to spot clues before they happen.

What did you recently finish reading?

The most recent book that I finished reading was The Passing Playbook by Isaac Fitzsimons. I really enjoyed this book and the development of the relationship between the Spenser and his love interest Justice. I had a couple of small issues with the plot as I felt that it was over too quick compared with how the synopsis described it as, and while I liked the rest of the story is wasn’t quite what I thought I was reading. I definitely suggest that you go and pick up The Passing Playbook and I can’t wait to see what the author is going to write next.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Next I plan to pick up In Deeper Waters by F. T. Lukens, I have heard some amazing things about this book so I can’t wait to get started. I don’t have much of an idea what it is about but sometimes that makes the reading process even more fun.

What are you currently reading, let me know in the comments below!
