Hey guys, it’s Tuesday again so it means it’s time for Top Ten Tuesday. Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme that is hosted by Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s topic is book places that I’d love to live.
Velaris from A Court of Thorns and Roses Series
I would love to live in Velaris from A Court of Thorns and Roses, it sounds so magical and incredible. The way that Sarah J. Maas describes it just makes me want to experience the streets and the atmosphere.
Crescent City from Throne of Glass
Crescent City is closer to what we have currently in our cities, but I would still love to experience what it is like and to wander the streets.
Cesarine from Serpent and Dove
I love any book that has a French inspired setting and Cesarine fits the bill. It just sounds magical and somewhere that I would love to experience.
Midscape from A Deal with the Elf King
We don’t get to find out much about Midscape, but what we did find out I loved. I would love to have found out more as it sounds so magical.
Crowstone from A Pinch of Magic
Crowstone is a small village and I would love to experience living there, but only after the Widdershin sisters have lifted the curse.
Celestial Court from Star Daughter
I would love to live in the Celestial Court from Star Daughter. The way that Shveta Thakrar describes it is incredible and it sounds so magical.
Middle Earth from The Lord of the Rings
Middle Earth is a strange one but I would love to experience living in Middle Earth, I would probably want my own hobbit hole where I could just spend all day reading.
New York
I would love to live in New York and some books that I love are set in New York.
Space
I would love to live in space but it would have to be completely safe with no ongoing wars. If I could have my own spaceship visiting lots of different planets it would be amazing.
London
I would love to live in London and experience everything that it has to offer. I have read some amazing books that are set there, so I would love to experience it for myself.
What are some fictional places that you’d love to live? Let me know in the comments below!
Velaris was on mine too!

I had Velaris on my list this week too. I visited New York a while ago, but we were only there for a few days and though we covered most of the touristy stuff, I’d love to go back and see more! I live fairly close to London so I go there quite a lot, but I’m hoping to move there at some point soon (we were meant to move last year, but the pandemic scuppered that).

I love to visit New York and do all the touristy things but also find some hidden gems in the city. Hopefully you get to move to London some time soon 😀

Yes, that’s what I’d like to do if I get to go back, we hit off most of the tourist spots when we went last time, but I’d love to get to explore some lesser known gems in the city. I hope so! The plan is definitely to get back, it just depends when all of this dies down!
